What is Cyber Bullying?

"Cyber Bullying" is when a child or teenager is harassed, threatened, humiliated or embarrassed  or otherwise targeted by another child or teen using mobile phones, the Internet or other digital devices.

The news reports recently have covered many reports about the recent occurances of teen cyber bullying. According to a recent report, 46 percent of high school student say they have experienced some sort of cyber bullying.
